going to sleep

Every 4 or 5 days I have notices that my phone stops going to sleep on its own. It corrects itself after I do a battery pull. Anyone else having this? I assume that it is an app that that I have installed, is there anyway to determine that without deleting them all and reintalling them one by one? Could it be a software problem with the phone?
