Good apps outside of the market

I know that there are companies that offer android apps outside of the market. I am looking to see who knows of any good ones and good apps that they have.

I know brothersoft is one and they have some good apps. So thats kind of what I am looking for.

slideme.org seemed ok but i was having a hard time with the web pages here at work. Will have to try it when i get home.
