good deal, should I buy?

hey guys, I recently found an opportunity to get a good deal on one of these tablets. (Daily Deals, 1 Sale A Day) and have a few questions before I buy it.

I've looked at this forum, and I see people mention updates and CM6 but there is no All Things Root section so things are a bit jumbled.

1. Can this be rooted?
2. any good ROMs for it?
3. any chance of updating the OS?
4. netflix?
5. office applications?
6. can I access the android marketplace and download any apps?
7. is this thing worth 70 bucks?

I think I got my answer. I guess I'm stuck waiting for a decent tablet to become halfway reasonably priced.
