Good evening ladies and gentlemen, my name is Dave and I live in a nearly 300 year old very small house called Hall Cottage (hence the username daveathall) in North Yorkshire, England.
I invested in a Samsung Galaxy S3 about a month ago, I have always had iPhones but was curious to see where Android phones were, if I didn't like it I could sell it and move back to my iPhone 4S, and TBH, that is what I thought I would end up doing.
I am not a tinkerer of gadgets, i am not confident enough, so I never jailbroke any of my iPhones or intend to root or flash this one.
I was surprised at how quickly I became familiar with the phone, although, straight from the box IMHO it wasn't as intuitive as my iPhone, but after an afternoon I was confident in finding my way around it, the screen is wonderful for my more than a half century old eyes, I am not a one handed typer so the size, for me is perfect.
I regard the iPhone 4S as an absolutely superb phone, I did, however sell it today. I have the phone I want.
