Good for Enterprise Setup Error

Just installed Good for Enterprise on my HTC EVO and received the PIN yesterday from our IT dept. Can't get past the setup. After entering email and PIN, getting an error: "Retrieving carrier list took too long. Press OK to exit OTA Setup. Run OTA Setup later to complete the installation." Have tried from various locations at various times, plenty of signal. Using 3G.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Good, same results. What am I missing?

Symptom:

During OTA provisioning error occurs.

Retrieving carrier list took too long

This seems to be isolated to Sprint HTC EVO handheld.

These reports for this model started around Q4 of 2011



Cause: Unknown at this time

Remedy: Update the "Software Number" of your HTC Evo OS .

Menu > Settings > About phone > Software Information and locate the Software number. If your Software number is less than 4.54.651.1, you should proceed with the upgrade.

Click on Downloads tab

This will provide you steps on how to upgrade your HTC Evo OS.
