Now, they released MOGA Pro Power with a built-in charging battery and a better grip to hold even Note 2/Note 3: Amazon.com: POWER A MOGA Pro Power - Electronic Games: Video Games - can't beat it for $50.

Will that hold a Note 2 in a Otterbox?

The Pro Power model should. They redesigned the latch to be able to accommodate Note 2 with a thicker case. I will ping them again to see if they can send me a review sample
