Good manage android contacts with a pc...

Hello,

Over the years I have let my contacts become a bit of a mess. I would like to find an application (hopefully a portable app) that would allow me to easily edit the .vcf files on my destop PC and then I could re-import the cleaned up contacts file to my phone.

Any good suggestions?

PS -- I don't have my contacts synced on Google and do not wish to used their cloud solution.

Windows has a vcf editor if you don't mind dealing with Skype application that can be pretty annoying at times, but that will fix what you're asking about.
