Good Task app

I've been using Astrid for some time, but it seems lacking in some respects, like choosing what days to have a task repeat on (vs repeating EVERY day, or once a week/ month). For example, I shouldn't have to make up the same task five times just to get something to repeat on weekdays (each task assigned to a different weekday and to repeat once a week). This kind of task management is the only thing that I miss from my days with Palm. Is there anything better out there?

for repeating "tasks" I use Google Calendar. for single occurring tasks I use Google Tasks.

Only kink is thet tasks don't show up on the Calendar app (they do online.)

Thanks for the feedback, but it's important to me to be able to have all of my tasks in a single app (versus spreading them out over two of them, and only being able to access one).
