Help Google - Account Action Required

Hi,

So my company have a Google device policy that is rolled out to all company devices. The devices using this are iphones and Samsung Galaxy xCover3.

Its the XCover3's im having this issues with. For a while now it comes up with a notification saying 'Acount Action required' which means everyone has to reinput their google details for them to be able to access their mail on Gmail and everything else google on the phone, such as calander Syncing. This keeps occuring every few days and im not sure what is causing it.

When I long press on the notification it tells me its from the google play services app.

I have access to manage our Gmail Domain. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this issue, i would be very greatful.
 
Those kind of warnings usually mean one of two things. First is the acceptance of the TOS which probably should be done under the admin account but would probably have to be done for each device. The other is providing a payment method if apps are to be purchased. This one can be ignored if users aren't going to be buying anything.
