google account problem

I had problem to get into my phone, because i forgot google account details. So i searched youtube etc and found this https://go-launcher-ex.en.uptodown.com/android/download/1607811.
My question is it safe? what it can do for my personail details etc.

I'm unsure how a launcher would help you get back in to your device so I'll go with no, it won't help.

I'd also steer clear of anything made by Go, especially if it's installed outwith Google Play.

Have you forgot the PIN or your Google password?
