Help Google Account with no Photo.

So recently I switched from my old Google account to a google apps for Busniess account using my own domain.
After I noticed that my old Google account showed my photo where now I only get teh standard photo avatar on my Moto X....
I'm sure it not the phone just an account setting but I cant seem to figure it out.
I have a photo in my contact and in my Google + yet it still does not show up.
Any help would be great.

Oh, and did you factory reset the phone and set up with the google apps account as the primary account on the phone?

Thanks for your reply ...actually no, I did not try this. I am a little worried about what might happen to my apps a they were all purchased /downloaded with the other account...

As long as both accounts are on the phone, you can access them on the play store. I think the issue with the contact photo is that it uses the account that was first used to set up the phone after a factory reset. I'm not sure about that, but it may be that you need to reset and then set up the phone with the domain account as the first Google account used. Hopefully somebody who knows do sure can confirm or deny that.
