Does anyone know how/where I connect a tablet pc to my google account?

tablet pc as in a windows tablet? go to Google and in the top right hand side is a 'sign in' option

Some of the clones do not have Market or GMail. You would have to use the browser to web page to get to either.

There are instructions as to how to get these on a non-recognized tablet.
