Google ads.g.double click problem

So I have this problem where I'll be minding my own business and then immediately an ad will pop up on google chrome (which is not even my default browser) sadly i can't delete chrome unless i root my phone (clearly a dangerous option) so I don't know what to do.
Any help?

So there can be a lot of things that can cause a lot of ads on your browser. While you browse a lot of sites, you collect a lot of cookies, people name them cash files. These cash files can cause the apparition of numerous ads in your browser. I have my own site, and I started to promote it and this is why I know how it worked. A digital marketing company in Newcastle helps me to promote my page. I didn't know that every ad you get on your phone is based on the things you like or speak about. For example, I sell construction materials, and only people that are interested in my product will get the ad made by me.

Have a look at the free NoRoot Firewall app in the PS.

This app allows you to allow or deny some or all wifi and / or data accesses on an app-by-app basis with wildcard support.

A great free little app I use the hell out of.
