Google and others being sued over Android trademark??

Thats kinda redonkulous, its a bummer that google is going to have to deal with this now. I wonder where this person came from and why he is now saying something...oh well I hope this doens't affect the end user to much.
 
Yeah but if I recall correctly...

Even after a company is dissolved..any trademarks they own still belong to them, right?

This guy just wants to make money from a trademark he couldn't put to use effectively...

Quite sad, really...
