I have Google Android 4.0 TV Box ARM Cortex A9 HDMI HD 1080P device which is not displaying anything only the LED is on when i plug the power. Can anyone please guide me that how can I correct this issue. I open the device and its HD18 REV1.0 board with Processor A9 REV1.2. I think its brick so is there any method by which I can unbrick it.

I will be very thankful if any of you guide me with the steps with which I can recover my device.

I have attached pictures of my device with Board picture.

Sounds very much it might have died. Can be a common problem with low-cost devices like this coming directly from China, likely due to quality issues. Best bet is to RMA it for refund or replacement. Don't think there's much else you can do with it. Is there anything about resetting it in the instructions?

Hi,

I found manufacturer of the box, it's same manufacturer that manufactures gbox midnight, mx2 and other devices in same casing.

I will try to get stock firmware for that box trough friend of mine.

Will post here or send you pm on skype

Looks like the gBox Midnight (not the MX2), the old, "forgotten" one (sometimes referred to as "f16ref"). Check the revision # on the board and have a look at Matricom.net, they have the firmware.

Nope, this is older board and CPU. This is Amlogic M1 (AML8726M cpu), probably c03ref board.
