Google App and Youtube app Does not work

Dear all,

I have Galaxy S7 Edge - Android 6.0.1.
The problem is that google app and youtube does not work on wifi as well as Facebook videos does not load. When I use mobile data it works fine. When I use VPN on wifi, it also works well.
Everything else works on wifi...
It's good to mention here that it works fine when using browser on my phone. Also, on my friend's iphone, youtube works well when connected on my wifi. My wife has Galaxy Note 5, she has the same problem I have.
Any suggestions? I don't want to use VPN..

Try restarting your WiFi router. It could be acting wonky.

I did, many times. I have restarted my phone, cleared caches and cleared apps data.. but no result...

Carrier branded phone and carrier restriction maybe?

Also, check what you have the video setting at. 720 might be as high as some phones go.

Most of the carriers have their own zero rating by now and seem to want you to use it. Only TMO includes more of the offerings with Binge On.

Elementarny answer - contact your service provider. I'm pretty sure that the problem is on the Internet. You have video via ethernet cable is loaded correctly?
