Delete all your Google Contacts
Log into your Gmail on a PC , Go to Contacts -> Select all -> Delete
It should now sync with your phone and all the Contacts that were on your phone {of Google contacts} should be deleted.
It's worth noting you should make a back up first considering once their deleted their gone! unless you import the Back up you may have made
