Is there such an app? I use Google Call Phone from my computer and like it much better than Skype. I have Skype on my Galaxy S 4.0 WiFi and it works okay, but there is always a satellite delay. I don't get that delay with Google Call Phone and would like to have it on my Galaxy device.
Notice that I do not have the Galaxy S phone, but rather the new Galaxy S 4" WiFi only device. I believe Google Voice is restricted to the U.S. and I can't use it anyhow since I don't have a mobile phone. What I want is the Google Call Phone that is accessed through Gmail on a computer, but as an app on my Galaxy S WiFi.
