Help Google contacts sync

Hello all, I currently own the following phones
Samsung S3
Samsung S4
Samsung S5
Samsung Note II
Samsung Note III
Samsung Note IV
Samsung S6Edge

I have a small sole proprietorship business that requires me to have a million cellphones, and recently I came across the problem of syncing phone contacts. I currently have 19,000 odd contacts that I need on all of my phones, my previous app WeSync handled it perfectly until a few weeks ago, and now its running into some problems half way into the sync. I have already checked to see if there are any corrupt contacts, but anyhow, I have turned to Google Contacts in hope to sync my contact list.

I made a new gmail account, logged into that google account on all of my phones, and pressed sync contacts. Problem is, the sync wiped out every contact on my phones, which I have managed to restore, but the issue is still at hand.

How do I properly sync my contacts, I have google'ed this but have yet to come across a solution, and does anyone know a better way to handle this?

The problem is likely due to trying to sync 19,000 freakin' contacts. I think that's the largest contact list I've heard of someone trying to sync yet. I hsve a feeling it's confused, thinks you want to delete the contacts, not add 19,000 to the phones.

Anyway, I think this is worth a try:

1. Be sure the phones have sync turned off and no contacts in this Google account

2. In Google Contacts online, export the list as a .vcf file.

3. Import the .vcf list file to the Google account on the phone.

4. Turn sync for contacts in the Google account back on.

This does most of the sync work manually. I bet auto-sync can handle changed entries, additions and deletions from there.

I'm curious - did my suggestion work?

It happens that brother in law may do something similar with company phones if it does. He only needs to sync about 1500 contacts to a couple dozen phones, but it's a similar situation on a smaller scale.

He's bringing over a Moto X this weekend, which would be one of the possible choices for new company phones. We're gonna put together a plan for quick configuration of the new units with necessary software, etc.
