So I purchased a Samsung galaxy s6 edge plus from a friend of the family on facebook, and when I got it, everything seemed to work fine. Then when I tried to set it up, it said I had to sign in with the previously used google account, but the person couldn't remember her password. Well I finally got the correct information, but when I put it in, it said "please sign in with the previously synced google account" then it takes me back to the wifi page, and says that an unauthorized attempt has been made to factory reset this device, please continue to the next page to confirm your google account". I have tried a lot of different methods, like turning my wifi off at the system updates page, sidesync, adb, but I cant use a computer because usb debugging was turned off. Is there any way I can get it factory reset and reformatted to get rid of the google frp?
