Apps Google Map: Google Apis Emulator crash lvl 19

Hi Gurus,

I have eclipse with Android SDK installed. When I tried tunning Google APIs x86 Level 19, everything was good until I click on google Maps in the emulator. The emulator is running in HAX mode.
The error dialog box that i received is by emulator-x86.exe. Hope someone can help me solve this issue. Is it related with google play services?

If i unchecked Use Host GPU, google maps opens with other object, but the map screen is black.

Have you tried with API v18?
Do you have com.android.vending-20130716.apk and com.google.android.gms-20130716.apk installed from platform-tools (SDK)? (I know it should be there on the latest emulator images, just to be sure).
