Google Maps Bluetooth Audio

I have a Galaxy S7 connected to a 2016 RAM 1500 uConnect w/touchscreen. When I use Google Maps driving directions connected through Bluetooth, I miss the first part of each driving direction. For example, If the direction says "Turn left at the intersection", I will hear "...ft at the intersection." I always miss the first couple words on Bluetooth, but when disconnected it works fine.

Anyone got any clues what might fix this?

I've never seen it before, though I used to work with Google Maps very often. By the way I was having more any problems with this product when I bought a Navitel application. I suggest you try it!

I never liked how maps or navigation works with uConnect. I usually set my bluetooth to only do phone and texts, leaving media turned off. That way I get my navigation instructions via my phone.
