Google maps navigation problem

Im using Desire on Voda in th UK. After recent maps update my navigation is sending me the wrong way around roundabouts!?! App is now useless and this is the main reason I went for Android! Anyone else having this problem?
 
The wrong way? The whole left-hand traffic system in UK is so wrong! :D

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Maps (or the update)?
