Google maps?

Can anyone else not get google maps to work? It keeps saying I need a data connection? I'm at work right now and it's definitely not working but everything else seems to work fine? Droid 2 global. 2.2

Same problem here, searches not working and/or data connection error messages. Worked fine yesterday.

Okay well I guess the new update caused it. I need this to work for me and I think you can uninstall updates and manually install to get it to work. Anyone care to explain how to do this for me? It'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It seems to be working now.. looks like a server error, so don't uninstall just yet!
