google music and other irritating stuff..

My android keeps starting and updating google music all the time-from google play. I close the program and i restartsa nd resinstalls when deleted. I nener installed it, used it, or want it running. How do I block certain programs from installing and running?

I've got the same problem on my Galaxy S2 - and I can't find anywhere to disable it! The app starts itself for no reason and uses my batterypower in no time, and often I run out of battery after a few hours - very annoying when the phone is essential to my Work
Anyone who has a solution to the problem (other than buy a new phone)
