Google Music and storing music

If I purchase music besides storing in the cloud can I download to my phone. I would like to have on my phone so I dont have to stream. Is this possible?

Go to music.google.com and click "free and purchased" on the left panel. There is a small arrow next to each song's name and there is an option to "save to computer". You can download the songs that way.
