Google Music Missing Coverart

Starting to play around with google music and so far the biggest problem i can find is everything is missing the coverart on my phone. On the web version they are all there but when i go on my phone nothing. Is there a way to fix this or is this a part of the beta that will hopefully be corrected soon.

Album Cover Grabber or similar app.

I've tried that but all my music is now off my sd card and in the cloud so the album grabber apps dont have anything to look for on the phone anymore
