I have an HTC EVO 4G. When choosing the option to make music available offline, does this not download the music to your phone? If so, where does it download the music too? I can't find it anywhere...

Google Music Question

I'm curious about this, as well. I also had a couple questions of my own about Google Music that I posted in another thread that hasn't been answered thus far. I'll repost them here, since maybe someone will check this topic out.
The first question is about the app itself. Is there any way to get the widget to display album art? I know not everyone wants the album art on 100% of the time, but I kinda like it, myself. If not, does anyone know if the leaked 4.0 version allows the widget to have album art?
The next question is about the service itself. I originally set it up to upload all the songs I had in a specific iTunes playlist. I also made sure to check the option to automatically add new music in iTunes to Google Music. But I've since added some new songs (not brand new, just ones that weren't in the playlist at the time) to the original playlist, but they haven't uploaded to Google Music. Isn't there a way to make it stay up to date automatically? I can't remember which ones I added, now, and I'd hate to have to go through the hundreds of my songs on Google Music just to find the handful that didn't get put over.
