Can you use Google Music without using your data?
I do have WiFi but not all the places I go it is available.

You can make music available off-line. Long press on a song or an album and check off the option "Available offline", this will download the song(s) to your phone. Depending on your data plan you may want to go to the main options menu and check off "Download via Wi-fi Only". If you don't check that then anytime to click the option to make music available offline it will download using your data.
