If I have a local copy of a song in .ogg format, and I also have the same song in my Google Music library, and the meta-data is the same...
... Is the Google Music app smart enough to just play the local copy?
I have several gigabytes of ~100kbps ogg vorbis files from my CD collection. I uploaded them to Google Music. But to upload them to Google Music, and then pin them again locally, as 320kbps MP3 files seems like a bad usage of my bandwidth and limited SD-card space on my Nexus 4. I'd also rather avoid using my data plan when i *already have the music
