Google Music

I downloaded Google music, it is not a system app. Now I cannot un install it.
All I can do is uninstall updated and disable.
what has happened?
how do I remove it?

I had that happen when I installed those handicap apps like Talkback and something elseback. Only way I could lose them is a factory reset and being careful not to allow their return.

As this thread is a about Google Music. Why does Google require credit card billing details to use it in the UK, and not in China.
