google mytouch 4g start up problem

My google mytouch 4g phone is giving me trouble.

It looked like it turned itself off. When i turned it on, the "my" green ball logo shows up, and then it just keeps replaying. It won't let me access anything. I tried removing the battery (because it won't let me turn the phone off by pressing the button) and giving it a few minutes to rest. Then I restart and the same thing happens ("my" green ball replaying over and over). HELP!

Its called a "bootloop", and its a system level issue. I suggest registering to become a member then go to the MyTouch 4G section and they will help you out with whatever you need and probably a little extra too
