Google Nav Multiple Destination Inputs???

Does anyone know if Google Nav or any other Navigation App is available that allows you to input multiple destinations via a computer and then have the app sync to your phone, much like google calendar, etc..

Then are there any navigation apps that will allow you to sort the destinations and plot them in the fastest route or most efficient route possible?

Is there an app that will allow for multiple destinations in general and maybe just show them plotted out on the map?
