Google Navigation Delay

Hi,

I removed telenav day 1 because when I panned maps, it stuttered to about 5 fps, whereas google's navigation panned buttery smoothly. However, I drove in san francisco and the directions were always a second behind, causing me to miss turns. Is this possibly a sf issue (with our skyscrapers), a google nav issue, a sprint, or samsung issue? Please respond if you use google nav (or telenav) preferrably in sf.

Thanks!!!

Anyone even with the slightest ideas, thanks!

All I can add is that it works great for me. Just a thought, depending on your speed and the proximity of the streets (how close they are together) I can see where a one second delay could become a problem.

Perhaps you can visually check the map also to see where your next turn would be.

Visually checking the map as i drive works fine, but i was hoping to use it in a way without ever having to look down.. Also, where do you drive and how tall are the buildings? And Im assuming youre not using telenav?

Similar issues with my GF's new sII. First time we used the google nav was yesterday. It took literally the entire trip to even load (an hour) and then on the way back, it was so far behind, it was unusable. My EVO got us there and back again, as usual.
