Google Navigation - Is There Any Way To Retrieve Data...?

Does anyone know of a way to get hold of the Google Naviagation data from a route I did today?

Is it cached on the phone anywhere as I want to check what speed I was dong in a certain area along the route.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
