I have a icraig CPL285 netbook runs android 4.1 but says not supported for google play store app. How do I get it to run my apps like off facebook? And get into the store for other apps?

This is a generic tablet and doesn't support the Google Play Store. Alternatively there are other app stores you can download from the web such as Amazon Apps (highly recommended) or 1Mobile Market. To enable web installs, go to settings--security and check 'unknown sources'
Then launch the browser and Google "Amazon App Store' and the first result to show should link to the download of it. If you don't have an Amazon Account, you can create one for free and many of your apps should be available through it. Here's a link if you need it
