Google now is not available problem

hi all

i am having a problem with my typical china made android handest version 4.2.2

in the lock screen there used to show a clock but now the clock suddenly disappered and showing "google now is not availbable". i have tried every sort of settings to pump up but it is not working.

can any body help me to solute this ? i am attaching my problem picture and my device details link below.

Does the phone have an internet connection, i.e. is it online? I can see it's a dual-SIM, most Chinese phones are, but there's nothing to show it has an active data connection, either 3G, 4G, EDGE or WiFi. Probably why Google Now is unavailable. Can you browse to websites with the phone?

yes, it is dual sim, i can browse internet with 3G and EDGE connection.

You're in Bangladesh right? Is Google blocked there, like it is here in China.

yes, really ?? i didnt know that. But when i bought phone it worked nice. Also i checked other guys who is having android phone, their clock in the lock screen is showing. can u tell me is there any clock setting for lock screen inside android 4.2.2 ?

I have the same problem. I have a U.S. Sony Xperia Z1S. I read something about Google Now being a part of the home screen, but it's taking over the lock screen and has replaced my clock as well. I am still looking for answers to this problem. It's very annoying how Android updates always seems to alter my phone settings.
