I changed my password on laptop in chrome for google and facebook. How do I get into these on my Motorola Verizon android mobile phone.

Hi, welcome to Android Forums, if you changed your passwords for those things going into those applications should trigger an "Enter New Password" screen.
If it doesn't ask you for a new password straight off, go into Settings > Applications > Application Manager, select the applications you mentioned then clear the cache. That should automatically prompt you to enter your password.
