In which folder are the cards I added via Google Pay stored on my Android phone?

They're not in any folder. AFAIK your Google Pay registered credit/debit card details are not actually stored on the device itself. They're stored on Google's servers, i.e. in the cloud.

Stored in the sever's cloud,you can download them as many times as you want!!!!!
