Google penalizes duplicate games

Hi,

I've come to the conclusion that google penalizes duplicate games. There are a lot of sites where game templates are sold and reskins are not enough; google remove the game from the market and then ban the developer account.

It's true?

I would think that simply theming an existing game and then listing it under a new developer account would be a violation of the Play store agreement, which would get the game pulled.

It will be true. Since Google penalizes duplicate websites so it will be 100% sure that Google penalizes for duplicate games.

The penalty for Google is something we can't predict. Maybe this game breaks the rules

If that is true then all this cash grabblng online "rpg" that plays combat automatically are actually different from each other?! Yikes.

The concept is same but the backstage coding might be different or there is change in look and working of game.
