Google play apps won't download using mobile data.

Galaxy note 8 here (this was my issue)

Problem: App always processing but never actually downloads in google play store. Google play mobile data is on, google play cache and data is cleared. Still no downloading.

Solution: settings > apps > top right of screen (the 3 dots button) > show system apps > scroll down to download manager > mobile data > turn on background data usage > download manager storage > clear data and clear cache

This is what worked for me. Hope it helps you.

Thanks, this worked on Xiaomi's MIUI too except it also be found by opening security app > data usage > restrict data usage > re-enable allow data usage for download app
