Try the following to fix that annoying message from constantly popping up.
Open up your Tab's Application manager and it will be showing the 'DOWNLOADED' column. Swipe over to the 'ALL' column, scroll down to the 'Google Play Store' app, tap to open it, and tap the 'Force stop' button. Now tap the 'Clear data' button and then the 'Uninstall updates' button.
Do the same thing with the 'Google Play Services' app -- Force stop; then Clear data; and then Uninstall updates.
Now restart your Tab and once it's booted up and running, there should be a notice to apply updates and you need to do it so the necessary updates get re-installed (hopefully correctly this time). If you don't see any update message, be sure to start up the Play Store app and manually prompt any updates to be applied.
