Google Play is not working.

Several days ago and now, ASUS FOTO Service (Firmware Over-The-Air Service) had noticed me about Firmware updates, which included "Google Play Apps" I didn't update it instantly after it noticed me. I update in 1-2 day(s) after FOTA Service notification. A while later, I tried to download a new application for my phone. Google Play seems to stuck with the download. It keeps saying "Downloading" then I canceled it and tries again, now it says "Download Pending" and I keep cancel and download again like that for a while. Until I realized that I can't fix this. So, I went straight to Google Chrome and search for help.
I tried multiple methods to fix this.

All methods I had tried. (None of them really help.)
1. Force stop Google Play Store and Goole play Services.
2. Clearing cache from Google Play Store and Goole Play Services
3. Clearing all data from Goole Play Store and Goole Play Services
4. Reverting Goole Play Store and Goole Play Services to factory version.
5. Searching for latest Goole Play Store and Goole Play Services in APKMirror and install them.
6. Network Reset.

Does anyone have another method to fix this problem?
P.S. I don't want to factory reset because I got a lot of important information in my phone.

Thanks for every help.
Best Regards.

Aswell if you have important info you can back them up like photos and videos with google photos, contacts on a Gmail or sim card, and documents in google drive or other backup apps
Well, I tried to get the method that don't need to factory reset my phone. Factory reset is my last way if I can't really find another way.

I got my problem solved a minute ago. I just found one thread saying "Do Reset app preferences" and it worked!
Settings > Apps > Click III button at right corner > Reset app preferences.
