Help google play issues

hello everyone,
i have one x tegra 3 international unit and its running on android 4.0.4 n sense 4.1 recently updated it.. i m having issues with opening google play when ever i open google play n download/update any app from the market and after closing google play tab from recent app n if i try to open google play after a while through wifi it keeps on working but doesn't open google play.. this prob goes on n on.
i have tried many things to fix the problem like going to the app tab in settings n clearing its cache n app data but doesn't work i have also tried to boot the phone properly by unchecking fast boot option in settings/power tab..
doesn't seem to fix this google play issue so if anybody would enlight some light on it?
 
and one more thing whenever i switch from flight mood to normal mood the wifi turns on automatically
if there is a fix of this would anybody tell me what that would be?
 
n one more issue m havin is whenever i try to send sms an error popps up " unable to send sms" n after multiple tries it sends sms tough i dont have any network issues
 
a request to senior members to help me out of these problems or anyone who has came across same probs n overcame them
 
Have you tried logging out of the Play Store app and then logging back in?

What do you mean it doesn't open aswell?

Does it work through your data connection?
 
would a factory reset fix this problem? i had same issues with stock version (sense + android) i just randomly opened (play store) n i thought my wifi must be havin some issues but wifi connection is just fine its some bug in this device i guess

So the app opens but the never connects so you can't see any apps in the Play Store?

Need to know exactly what the problem is first before recommending a Factory Reset as it'll delete all your apps/texts etc.

Can you post a screenshot?
