Help google play market doesn't work!!

hi i have galaxy ace and when i start the market it tells me to accept the terms of service and when i press accept it loads for a while and then suddenly exit and back to the home screen anyone have any idea what i am facing?? ps: all of this happens before i can login to my google accont inside the market

you don't have to login to google from market, just make sure you have a google account sync with the phone.
Try clearing the apps's cache and data and try again.
