I have a Google Play Developer account and a Merchant account - at the moment, my apps are visible, but people can't buy them, because there's an error. When I try to 'connect' my merchant account to "Sell your content using your Checkout account" I get an error that says "Merchant is not eligible for linking" - I'm guessing that this is why people can't buy my apps off the app store...
