Google Play Movie Error

I have a Galaxy S2 on ATT's network. I bought an episode of the Walking Dead, but every time I try to play it, it says that "playback is unavailable on this device." If I try to download it, it says "downloads not supported on this device (error 44)" The only thing I have done to my phone is put ICS on it. Any input?

Are you rooted? Can't play movies on a rooted device without a workaround.
