Help Google Play Not Working and no way to reinstall Freedom

I recently cleared all memory on my Samsung tab 2 to give to my brother and when I did that I had never turned freedom off and now my Google play store is inaccessible and o can't reinstall freedom to use Google play again WITHOUT DOWNLOADING FREEDOM USING GOOGLE PLAY!!!!!!!

You can download the Play Store apk and install that from there.

You're on your own with freedom, we won't assist with Piracy here.
