Help Google Play Services keeps stopping

I have had his lately on my S5. Yesterday it seemed to stop my Google Chromecast Audio from connecting. I "unistalled" Play Services then let my phone do all its updates; after that Chromecast stayed connected.

This morning Chromecast connects the disconnects immediately again and the message "Google Play Services has stopped" appeared again.

Any idea as to why Play Services keeps stopping?

Yesterday I reset Google Play Services again.

Ran Chromecast for 7 hours last evening with no drop outs. Running ok this morning, so far.

Hope second reset cured problem.

I'm not sure what you mean by "reset Google Play Services".

If you continue to have problems, I'd try booting into recovery and clear the system cache.

When ever you have a chance try update manually the Google Play Services..

By stopping, or "playing" with it, it becomes unstable..that's what went down.

I have now connected my Chromecast by ethernet and so far, after 3 days, reliable connection i.e. no dropouts.

Google play services no longer problem.
