Google Play Services

You do if you want to download apps. Freeze it and see what happens. If freezing it breaks something you can unfreeze it.

I just deleted Google Play Services and everything is normal as far...

I myself deleted it but i kept a google play .apk inside my SD and did a backup using titanium in case i want to download something via playstore in the future.. :) Titanium backup really helped me alot in maximizing my internal space and ram.. :D
